A Golden Visa can be applied for online from the https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/ website by fulfilling the required guarantees and/or commitments along with other supporting documents. The Golden Visa applicant then has the obligation to report the completion of the commitment within 90 days of the ITAS (residence permit) being issued by the Directorate General of Immigration. If the commitment documents completion or annual immigration guarantee evaluation do not comply with the provisions and are rejected, the immigration stay permit can be cancelled

Pengajuan Golden Visa dapat dilakukan secara online melalui website https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/ dengan memenuhi persyaratan jaminan dan/atau komitmen beserta dokumen pendukung lainnya. Pemohon Golden Visa selanjutnya wajib melaporkan penyelesaian permohonan dalam waktu 90 hari sejak ITAS (izin tinggal) diterbitkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi. Apabila kelengkapan dokumen permohonan atau penilaian jaminan keimigrasian tahunan tidak memenuhi ketentuan dan ditolak, maka izin tinggal keimigrasian dapat dibatalkan.
